Exceptional service. Had to return a Christmas gift for a larger size. Was allowed additional time as it was for Christmas, the replacement was with me the day after the Company returned after the holiday. Very impressed with both the product and the customer service, both excellent.

Really disappointed. I purchased some not inexpensive shoe trees, expecting quality and longevity, instead they were either faulty or poorly made and were broken in a few months and left marks in my special shoes shoes despite using them as instructed. I reached out to Cathcart Elliot who only said it must be user error and offered no recourse. Do not purchase from them
