Our factoring service covers it all, from simple repairs such as changing light bulbs to more complicated matters such as roof repair work. Regular stairwell cleaning on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending upon requirements. This may also include window cleaning and bin/bike store cleaning.
Landlords
Report
BeneFactors Property Management Limited offer a friendly, personal and professional approach to residential property leasing in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Our full management service is 10 % of the monthly rent amount. We also offer a competitive discounted rate for landlords with multiple properties in their portfolio.
Tenants

At BeneFactors Property Management Limited, we try to ensure that the property leasing application process is as smooth and hassle free as possible - from the initial viewing right through to that all-important move-in date. We strive to include in our portfolio, only rental properties that we would have no hesitation to live in ourselves.
Inventories

A good quality, well-prepared and accurate inventory is essential for any tenancy. It is therefore crucial that the inventory is accurate in the event that deductions are required from the tenancy deposit - especially if there ends up being a dispute between the landlord and the tenant over the deductions.
