Buyer beware, particularly those in the States. Installed our Paladin Radiators back in 2009 and they started failing in 2017. The Paladin ten year warrantee solution was to send new parts, which required my HVAC people to uninstall each of the radiators, and take apart and reassemble all of the units at considerable expense. We are using distilled water in the system, so no water issues, but ribs are leaking. Fast forward to 2021 - they are now beyond warrantee, and, the rebuilt rads are failing again. Sigh. Buy local! At least then if there are problems, the solution is local.

Beautiful workmanship and a high quality finish to their radiators. We have bought a couple of different styles from them in the past. Paladin couldnt have been more helpful when talking to them about colours and in general their customer service is excellent.

I cannot fault the service I received from this company. Everything went smoothly, from initial conversations with the sales rep, through to delivery. The radiator is now installed and it is top class. I will certainly buy from Paladin again without hesitation. Thank you.
