Developing kindness and a good intention towards others doesn't always come naturally, we all need to work at it. For three mornings a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday KMC Kent resident teacher James will give some explanation and guide traditional Buddhist meditations for training in loving kindness.

Therefore, delusions such as anger, desirous attachment, jealousy, and deluded pride are completely unreliable states of mind, guaranteed to create unhappiness for ourself and others.

This course consists of positive, practical advice which we can immediately start to practice and it also includes guided meditations by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Oden.
