A friendly personal experience with a one to one experience. The staff have a great knowledge of past customer's buying and are aware of individual customers needs and wants. If you want to buy local then this would be the place for you. If you haven't bought from here then you would be actively encouraged to. A very personal service that is sadly disappearing in this times.

Was much larger inside than we thought with a great range of goods. We purchased three sets of crockery and the staff carried it to the car for us! I thought that kind of customer service vanished long ago. I'd recommend anytime you are in Inverness you call in to take a look.
