Do not buy from these people, They take your money and don’t deliver anything.
I purchased a guitar from Rich tone music through their Amazon shop on the 25th November Due for delivery to me on the 29th. I got the usual text with tracking info from DPD that day, I tracked the delivery and it said out for delivery from the Durham depot before 9pm, great so far. At 2 pm the tracking information changed to “your parcel has been relabelled to continue its journey” odd I thought so I tried to contact DPD, this is impossible. I drove to the depot near me where it was being delivered from but there

Bought a acoustic guitar from them this morning. I was a bit worried going in on my own as it was a present for my daughter and I don't play any instruments so I didn't really know what to say, but from as soon as I was politely greeted at the door and explained I was here for a present told him my budget and had no idea about guitars the assistant was absolutely fantastic and was very helpful. Brought in over £500 worth of equipment and only was offered about £150 when one of the products alone cost around £400. The actually shop of you're just buying something is just way over priced for what you get. Used to love coming here but even some of the staff are slipping in standards as a lot of them had no idea in to what the problem was. Will just stick to ordering off line now as you seem to get a lot more help.

This shop is incredible. The staff know their onions and the selection of instruments and equipment is outstanding. I bought a new MarkBass head and spent a while with the bass guy and tried a number of ways to dial it in. Long story short, great shop, great advice. I would recommend this store to anyone.
