The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is immaculately clean and well decorated. The breakfasts are brilliant, varied, large, tasty and cooked to perfection. There is everything you could need in the room and in the landing is a shared fridge with self-serve milk and clean cups and spoons. The whole place smells beautiful too, in a very mild way. There is a spare room in which to eat an evening takeaway and the hosts provide crockery and cutlery for this as well as clearing-up afterwards. The hotel is perfectly located , right alongside Peasholm park so ideal for all the attractions and was spot on for our visit to the Open Air Theatre . Added to that , Karl and Helen who run the hotel couldn't have been any more welcoming , clean rooms and a tremendous breakfast , we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Scarborough , highly recommended

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel, on the first visit we was impressed so we returned. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.
Sadly my last visit was not as impressive, we went with our granddaughter who is one, She has a varied diet, she eats manly Vegan food when with us and occasionally at home. she sill has formula milk twice a day, it was felt by the health professionals that staying on it a bit longer would be beneficial to her as she was eight weeks premature, with this in mind we took pre made bottles and food for her just in case we couldn

Absolutely beautiful B and B, both inside and out! The breakfast was to die for; we looked forward to it every morning! The hosts Karl and Helen were lovely, and really took the time to chat and get to know you. They were also very well informed about the area, and the best places to visit. As vegans, it's truly lovely to go somewhere where you don't have to ask 'is such and such vegan', and you can just choose what you want. There are tonnes of resources and information to look at around the B and B too regarding veganism which is a plus. Thanks again for making our holiday wonderful! Love from

We just finished our amazing stay here. We had such a wonderful experience. As soon as we walked in it felt so comforting and relaxing. The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice and most of all the wonderful hosts Karl and Helen really made it such a great experience for us all. They were so great with our toddler and went above and beyond for us. We cannot wait to visit again. Peasholm park vegan b&b was the best weve ever stayed in!
