Called Letz Talk this morning after my phone spontaneously got stuck in a reboot loop (three seconds apple logo, three seconds black screen and repeat). Had sort advice from other repair shops including one that i had previously used to fix my phone... all gave the advice that a full reset was required, wiping all data. As i have no backup and years of photos and data i was reluctant to proceed. Letz Talk offered an alternative remedy and recommendation. On arriving at the store the assistance was pleasant and explained what he thought the issue may be, proceeded to rectify the problem and fixed
