It is with great sadness that we have to let you know that Dave Toomer a renowned DTL shooter and member of the club has passed away. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time. Dave recently won Hants Champ and was an incredible shooter and character. He will be sadly missed on the ranges.
Fareham CTC boasts an impressive and unique history. It was originally started in 1929 as a gentleman's game shooting ground, in 1963 the chance to buy the 38 acres of land arose. The club was bought by several members, who offered paid membership to other shooters, and when they had recovered their initial loan money through membership fees, gave the club back to the members thus making it a cooperative.
