We pride ourselves in our high ratio of qualified staff to children. We work well as a team. Regular training courses are attended by all members of staff to guarantee our qualifications and knowledge is up to date, enabling us to provide the children with the highest standard of care and supervision during their learning.
We have regular staff meetings to enable us to converse our thoughts, ideas and plan future events. All staff; are fully trained in paediatric 1st Aid, attend regular safeguarding children courses and have been DBS checked.

Little Stars is a registered charity pre-school run by an elected committee of voluntary parents/carers, whose children attend the setting. The committee work very closely with staff to ensure the smooth running of the pre-school. Every year the committee is elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) usually held in October.
