Arranged for Hire a Hubby Lee on Solent to come round yesterday afternoon, at his request. Spent an hour running round like a headless chicken, as it was short notice, to get heavy mirrors unpacked, ready for hanging and the place cleared for space to work in. He hadn't turned up by 3pm so I messaged him to ask if he was still coming and didn't even get the courtesy of a reply. I'm seriously unimpressed and won't be contacting him again or recommending your company to anyone.

Kept receiving emails from Hardingstone; I replied three times as I have several jobs to do but received no response. On separate occasion I received a text from Hunsbury; took a few days for me to reply as I had misplaced my 'phone and the battery had died: responded to the text as soon as I found my 'phone explaining what had happened but never heard back. Maybe responding to my email would have made more business sense! Extremely disappointing and very rude way to conduct business!!

I had a long list of those frustrating jobs just outside of both my diy skillset and time limits. I felt confident enough to give Bob the keys and he cracked on through them all, right on top of Christmas. Electrics, plumbing, kitchen, bathroom and ensuite refurbs. Christine very kindly reassured me about what turned into quite a marathon of setbacks over deliverys during the festive period too. I'm thrilled with the result, would definitely use them again and highly recommend this team.

Most dissatisfied with some of the work I had done....some of it had to be fixed by someone else. Also didn't feel he took due care while working, ie putting dust sheets down. Informed head office of my concerns twice, but didn't even get an acknowledgement. I got the feeling he was inexperienced at some of the work he agreed to take on. All in all a pretty stressful experience, I'm afraid. Ps have never left a negative review in my life but feel others should know.
