I wish I could give 0 stars. 3rd class service. The staff lied throughout the process. Staff unable to speak English properly. Hidden costs bullied me to pay as they moved my goods into storage without my consent and started charging me. Horrible experience very disappointed.

Great experience! Imported 4 pallets from Istanbul, received the pallets in 8 days. Very polite and professional staff in their UK Office. I was recommended by a friend to use this company and I recommend anyone who wants to import and export Turkey - UK. They offer warehousing as they have their own warehouse and fleet in the UK. received a very great service in terms of customs clearance too, BKM helped us clear the shipment in the UK

Worked with them for almost 6 years now, Very Professional company, Customer service is excellent, the staff is so friendly they even helped me out on a Saturday. The best Turkish Import and Export service youll probably get in the UK. Never had bad experience with deliveries

Gave 1 star because Google won't let us post with 0 starts. Rubbish. Can't get hold of anyone to chase delivery of our shipment. Suspect the 4 and 5 stars are all people working at the company.
