OnBike only sells European brands of electric bikes, quality assured, with comprehensive support and access to all spares and components.

Customer service is at the heart of OnBike. This means that not only do we pride ourselves on the ebikes we sell, but also on the after-sales service and maintenance we provide. Our fully trained technicians are highly skilled, and equipped to deal with all ebike related queries that may arise. OnBike is a fully accredited UK Service Centre for BOSCH, Shimano, Brose and Impulse drive units.

OnBike is located just 10 minutes off the M5 in the heart of the West Midlands, not far from Worcester city centre and Birmingham, and very easy to find whether visiting by road or rail. Our store is located in the Upper Tything, Worcester on the A449, the main arterial road into the city of Worcester from the North.
