Cannot recommend James too highly. Called him when my mum was attacked by a wasps nest. Not only was he cheaper than a competitor but also came same day (3 days earlier than the competitor). He also returned to remove the dead wasps and the nest at a later date. Super friendly and knowledgable and just gave us peace of mind to know it was dealt with so professionally. Thanks a bundle.

So pleased with excellent service received from James. From the outset, James was calm and explained everything in detail. Found the source of our rat problem by checking outside drains and even went next door to check their garden drains too. James went beyond what I would have expected and at a very good price too. Thank you James...rat problem solved. From my experience I would strongly recommend.

Highly Recommend. Five star service. We called Chase Pest Control to help us deal with a rat issue we had. James provided great advice on the phone and was able to come and visit to assess the issue quickly. He dealt with the issue both professionally and very sympathetically. He has returned on numerous occasions and has even visited to work alongside a drain specialist to get to the root of the problem. The customer service we have received is second to none. James certainly knows his stuff and I can't recommend him enough if you are in need of pest control.
