CNC Turning
Our CNC Turning department features state-of-the-art machines with 2-5 axis capabilities, enabling complex components to be machined to tight tolerances. We utilise Mazak and XYZ Proturn equipment for high-precision parts. This service supports industries requiring accuracy down to 0.001mm, with capabilities for lights-out production and small batch work.
Centreless Grinding
Specialising in centreless grinding since the 1970s, we operate Cincinnati and Ghiringhelli machines capable of achieving tolerances of 2-5 microns. This service is ideal for cylindrical components in aerospace and medical sectors. Our expertise ensures consistent surface finishes and dimensional accuracy for both small and large batches.
CNC Grinding
We offer CNC Grinding with Studer S31 and Jones & Shipman machines, handling internal and external grinding up to 175mm centre height. This service caters to high-precision requirements in aerospace and defence. Our capabilities include complex geometries and tight tolerances, supported by automated processes for efficiency.
Surface Grinding
Our Surface Grinding service handles flat surfaces up to 650mm x 300mm using Optimum and Excel machines with Optidress technology. This supports precision components for industrial applications. Smaller machines enable form work with high accuracy, meeting demands for flatness and parallelism.
CAD/CAM
We use OneCNC XR7 CAM software alongside Mazak Mazatrol and J&S Easy controls for offline programming. This service supports complex part design and machining workflows. Compatibility with STEP, IGES, Solidworks, and DXF formats ensures seamless integration with client specifications.
