> Product acceptable > Quality questionable, warped doors which has been a known issue for many customers and broken metal window casements as poor quality metal
Doors where replaced after x4 home visits along with metal casement fittings
For the many £1000’s it costs I would think again about what other options out there in the marketplace. The replacement door is also warped and doesn’t close properly, therefore replacing soon with UPVC double doors at my own cost unfortunately.

We had the best service ever from Lillevilla. We had an old cabin that needed some spare door /window hinges and within 2 days they had been sourced and sent . We are still enjoying our log cabin 10 years down the line. Ben was really helpful. Thank you very much.

I can’t get a proper answer from Lillevilla . They will not take ownership of my problem 😩 it leaks like a sieve in every corner. The base was laid exactly as per the recommendations. Lillevilla installed.
