We are a Malvern-based family-owned firm, initially formed from the Service Department of the Modern Heating Company. Five fully trained and full-time Service Engineers carry out work on boilers of all types - oil and gas - in properties ranging from Starter Homes to Stately Homes across the Three Counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Karen Richards, the Office Manager, has access to a wide range of spare parts, and maintains contact with the Service Engineers, to ensure a rapid and effective response to any emergencies. Our staff prepare designs and quotations, oversee new installation work, and provide technical assistance together with a detailed knowledge of control systems and wiring.

Know exactly where you stand with fixed price services courtesy of a Gas Safe or OFTEC Registered Technician. Safety Check - Your system / appliance will be given a complete safety check on our first visit. Free Parts / Free Labour - Replacement parts (if available*) will be supplied and fitted free of charge.

HMS Ltd. can help, as we install Solar Thermal panels, Ground Source Heat Pumps and Air Source Heat Pumps. A Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) takes heat from the ground using pipework coils arranged horizontally in trenches or vertically in boreholes.
