Caroline Drew a Medical Herbalist and local resident noticed this empty unloved building and thought it looked Apothecarial! Thus began her impetus to open Chartwell Apothecary and Natural Healing Clinic.

We have an extensively stocked herbal dispensary on the ground floor where our Medical Herbalist is able to make up preparations for each patient after a consultation. These may take the form of creams, teas, tinctures, inhalations, washes, poultices, or ointments. An extensive range of organic dried herbs and spices are stocked, which can be purchased individually, or can be found in expertly blended infusions.

Integrative Counselling for many of life's difficulties including anxiety, depression/low mood, bereavement, relationship problems, anger management and workplace related stress.

Our team of qualified complimentary health practitioners offer pre-booked consultations in beautifully appointed therapy rooms. The dispensary is open Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday from 10:00 - 14:00 for over the counter advice, dispensary purchases, and collection of medicines. Outside of these hours please call the clinic or leave a message and we will respond.
