The first thing you will notice on entering the spa is the sumptuous use of rich colours and tactile fabrics. As you flow through the spa the urge to touch the suede walls or to relax into the luxury seating is overwhelming "so why fight it?" We are often described as being a Tardis as from the outside you can have little idea of the full extent of the space.

It was a privilege to be recognised for such an award and it was a wonderful process to go through. Buff wouldn't be what it is without the fantastic team we have and we feel very fortunate to work with such a great team of people. After 6 months of assessment and judging by a panel of experts the winners were announced by Laura Rawlings from BBC Radio Bristol, who was joined on stage by Marcus Trescothick MBE.
