The service I have received from Smart homes has quiet frankly been shocking. After renting a property for 2 years we received notice in September that our land lord was selling up and we would need to find somewhere else to live. Smart homes delivered this message and gave us no alternative options or offered to help find another property to move to. We found somewhere with another agent and gave our notice to move. The final inspection came and the lady that did it commented on how clean the house was and to expect an easy hand over to receive our deposit back within the 10 working day time
