I've had three years experience with this shop and I cannot in anyway fault them. This year I left the uniforms late and arrived at the shop when it was at its busiest. I did not have an appointment so queud up like everyone else. In this time I witnessed the hardwork of each and every staff member. In and out, running round trying to please everyone. I was tired just looking at them. And each staff member remained professional and polite throughout. The owner of the shop is wonderful and such a lovely person who is passionate about this shop. She sorted me out in no time. Brilliant shop and wonderful

I would like to commend and recommend Lads and Lasses local family business. All of the staff show dedication, they are always friendly, polite, and extremely helpful during all of the visits I've made to the store. The owner Tina has put her own agenda on hold to ensure her customers needs are met first...truly inspiring, committed and considerate.

The rating is a function of four things, firstly the cost. There's absolutely zero alternative choice but to use this provider as it's "sole supplier" for our daughters high school. Secondly, the range offered is noticeably more expensive than many high street branded equivalents. Thirdly, it's taking ages to get hold of anything. Fourthly, the website is down as we're chasing up missing items, still not here just days before the start of term. An element of the review rating is related to lack of choice of where to buy from, but if you're going to be a monopoly provider, at least provide your
