David Duggleby Auctioneers & Valuers is a family-run business, established in 1996 by David and Jane Duggleby; initially run by the duo alone, we have now expanded into a nearly 30-strong team across three locations. Our Head Office and Salerooms are located at Vine Street, in the heart of Scarborough and just five minutes' walk from the railway station.
In 2018 we opened The Valuation Office at Wednesday Market, Beverley, from which we provide free valuations and sales advice, and hold previews for our Fine Art sales. Our sister company, David Duggleby Movers & Storers, operate from Great Hill, Eastfield, and this acts as a base for our Auction Logistics service, allowing us to provide a national delivery service for items of any size.

David Duggleby Auctioneers & Valuers offer a complete service to Executors, Trustees, Estate and Land Agents, Solicitors, and Trade and Private Clients worldwide. The Salerooms are open for valuations and receiving items weekdays from 8.30am until 5.00pm. Alternatively our valuers are happy to meet you at the property to give you advice on items for sale or house clearance.

All of our auctions are also hosted on the-saleroom.com. In person - viewing for all auctions is at our Vine Street Salerooms, two days prior to the sale. Specific times can be found on our Upcoming Auctions page. Complimentary printed catalogues are available for all sales. In person - register at reception when you arrive to receive a paddle number which you can use to bid in the room.
