Little disappointed - a little over a week ago I went to get a French manicure and the lady who did them was so lovely and at first I was really pleased with them. Although after a few days I noticed the Gel started to separate from my cuticles, and as my nails started to grow they started to detached from the base of my nails and started catching on everything. I peeled off of the excess and tried to file them off carefully but this ruined my manicure - bit of a waste of money after lasting 4/5 days! I would go back as the service was brillaint but will make sure it doesn't happen again.

Called to this salon today, totally unexpectedly as I'd had a really bad cut at another salon only an hour before. It was late in the day but Anthea offered to help and offered me an appointment even though she should have been closing. Thank you so much for putting my hair right. The cut is so lovely and It was great to feel like someone can manage my really thick hair. Thanks for putting me at ease and being so welcoming. I'll definitely be back. 5 stars
