Just had my sofa repaired by Karl. Very professional, informative and polite gentleman. Would definitely recommend to others. He does ask a lot of questions about the job to be done, that is because he is a very precise and thorough man, unlike a lot of others.

Contacted Karl to deal with sofa repair, thoroughly professional and was upfront about when he could fit us in. Arrived early, quickly identified the problem, explained the repair process, told us how much it might cost,depending on time it would take him. Efficient, knowledgeable and completed the work with no fuss, also answered questions about other potential work we might have in the future .
Would have no hesitation in recommending him, previous reviews have mentioned he can ask a lot of questions; this is true but it is all part of making sure the customer knows what to expect and the potential

Called Karl to fix recliner sofa as the cables had snapped. Very reliable service, one of the cables didn't work correctly so he ordered a new one without hesitation, would use again. Prices wasn't over expensive a lot cheaper than the company I used before.

Arranged for a beloved settee to have replacement foam in the back cushions and seat cushions. Karl went out of his way to find the correct spec foam to make sure the shape was retained given the size of the settee. All work was completed in 4 hours and brought the suite back to life again. Wouldn't hesitate in use Karl again, in fact we're thinking of having it fully recovered now and I'll be more than happy to give him the job.

Phoned Karl to see if he could help us with a sofa. He came to us next day replaced two springs very good work nice bloke would definitely use him again and highly recommend him also is price was reasonable to repair sofa thanks Karl.
