Services
Subsea Actuators
We design and manufacture subsea actuators ranging from 1" to 7", tailored for horizontal or vertical trees, workover systems, and manifolds. Our dedicated production cell utilises advanced machining technology to ensure precision engineering up to 15,000 PSI pressure ratings. Each actuator undergoes rigorous testing and flushing to meet NAS 1638 Level 6 cleanliness standards, ensuring direct installation readiness for shallow to ultra-deep water applications up to 3,000m.
Subsea Tooling
Our expertise spans mechanical and hydraulic subsea tooling, including tree running tools, tubing hanger systems, and wellhead equipment. With over 5,000 tools delivered globally, we provide project-specific solutions and rental pool support. Front-end engineering input minimises design changes, while our technical knowledge ensures on-time delivery of critical tools like choke insert running tools and drill pipe hang-off systems for offshore operations.
Connection Systems
We produce horizontal and vertical connection systems from 6" to 28", rated up to 15,000 PSI, for manifolds, trees, and risers. Configurations include single, dual, or multi-bore options with carbon steel or super duplex materials. Our systems incorporate clamps, collets, and flexible pipe end fittings, meeting exacting client specifications for umbilical termination heads and flow control modules in harsh offshore environments.
Connector Sub Assemblies
Our manufacturing capability covers hubs, clamps, and flexible pipe end fittings from 6" to 28" sizes. Utilising precision welding and machining, we deliver quality-assured assemblies with documentation for riser pins, flexible pipe terminations, and multi-bore configurations. Materials include HH and EE class alloys, ensuring compatibility with high-pressure subsea applications up to 15,000 PSI.
Turnkey Solutions
We manage end-to-end supply chains for subsea equipment, integrating material sourcing, machining, CRA cladding, assembly, and testing. Our ERP-linked planning systems ensure finite scheduling and resource optimisation, while global partnerships guarantee critical component availability. This holistic approach reduces client lead times and costs, delivering fully documented, quality-certified products aligned with project-specific technical requirements.

Not a good place to work for. The Production/HR management are beyond incompetent. Glad I got out when I did and things are rapidly going from bad to worse by all accounts. They have zero respect for their workforce. Wouldn't go back if they offered me a million quid while the current 'management' team are in place. I just feel sorry for all the good lads on the shopfloor who are still stuck there having to put up with them.
