Very unhappy, frustrated and disappointed. We were planning to use Unique to sell several pieces of high quality furniture and decided (fortunately) to try their service with some lower value items first. What a disaster! Our No Reserve instructions were ignored, so although bids were received for all our lots, some were randomly rejected and no one told us. The resulting unsold items were left in limbo somewhere in their warehouse - again no one contacted us. We waited 5 weeks for any payment to come through, but nothing happened, so we phoned to chase. It took 2 days and 3 calls
