Was very very hard faced about anyone looking after my dad when he passed away in November I didn't want him just left and every funeral directors we approached I didn't get a feel for them...which was odd as I viewed a few and this one I didn't I did it all over the phone dad deteriorated very quickly and Darren and his Co worker came within the hour it wasn't even 4 hrs later when I was asking Darren when could I see my dad as I just wanted him back Darren was so professional and assuring and told us a few days let us do your wishes wash and dress him so we did..3 days later we arrived to
