We source our fresh fish responsibly from quality suppliers to ensure the fresh, tasty canap combinations. Try our freshly prepared fish canaps for delivery. Smoked haddock, parsley croquette, pea puree (gluten, lactose, egg, celery, mustard, fish) Warm in a 200C oven for 8-10 minutes. Microwave sauce for 1 minute.

Using fine cuts of aged beef and Chicken free range chicken produced in the UK we focus on quality at all times. We don't cut corners when it comes to our ingredients. Beef Brisket & Roasted Shallot Croquette, with Chipotle and English Mustard Dip (gluten, lactose, egg, mustard) (Warm croquette in a 200C oven for 5-7 minutes).

A professional outfit with excellent meat, but it's their beef that is of particular interest. Firm and bright white fat, deep marbling and sufficient aging combine to give a high grade beef. The whole fillets are of particular note. The lay of the land, natural feed, champion cross breed and quality growing conditions make for extremely tasty pork.

Canap Box is headed up by experienced private chef, Chris Messum. He is supported by a strong team of dedicated chefs at the top of their game who work tirelessly to produce our delicious canaps. Canap Box is based in a lovely rural setting in the heart of the Chiltern Hills.
All canaps are delivered in recyclable cardboard transport trays with nifty chill packs to keep canapes cool for up to 4 hours after delivery, so no need keep cool once delivered.Transport trays are not designed to serve your canapes, you will need to use your own platters. You can order a TastingBox for 35.
