You do not need a licence to place a skip on private property. If you wish to place your skip on a road or grass verge, you require a licence from the Local Authority. When you contact us and request a skip to be placed in a location that requires permission, we contact the Council and request a licence.
RoRo Hire

AYS Skip Hire can offer Roll On - Roll Off Skips 15yd - 40yd. These larger skips are ideal for larger construction sites, office / shop etc. and are charged for on a haulage and tonnage basis. Please contact us for our latest completive prices.
If you decide that a Roll On - Roll Off Skip is right for you please take into consideration they are transported on a 32 tonne GVW lorry with four axels, so require significantly more room than a conventional skip lorry.These vehicles are very expensive to operate, therefore a haulage charge will apply even if we can't deliver or collect the skip.
