The hotel would not allow me to cancel my booking with 48 hours notice even though we had contracted Covid and weren't allowed to travel. No communication from them they just charged my card and ignored my requests to change dates / cancel the booking.

I called in the other day for an informal business meeting and found the relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff, were perfect for my needs. I had a coffee and a glass of shiraz along with a toasted bagel and Caesar salad. I have also had the full english breakfast from here that is good quality and reasonably priced. A standout local hotel, keep up the good work!

4 days before our wedding lunch they told us the Manager we had made the arrangements with had left and they wanted another 100. An awful thing to to do, just before hand.
