I ordered a New Trade Range with Glass stair from Stairplan and have nothing but praise for the efficiency of the sales department and the quality of the product and the delivery service. As we were working on a budget there was some trepidation ordering sight unseen as the cost was very reasonable when compared to other sources. What we received was a product far superior to anything we had seen and while it was not a full oak stair, just a trade stair, the quality was anything but "budget". My questions on fitting were answered instantly and politely by Lee. I would have no hesitation using
