10 stars for Suzanne and Charlotte at Mortgage and Finance Arena! They have been incredibly helpful and supportive as we have gone about getting our mortgage. They have somehow managed to make this the least stressful part of our home-buying process (despite us not necessarily fitting into a lenders ideal categories and having to start again after an initial sale did not work out). They are so knowledgeable and always prepared for anything, and friendly on top of all that. We would always recommend them!

I bought my first house through this company and it was the lovely Poonam and Valerie that helped with the whole process! It wasn't the easiest case as we did have bad credit on our files but they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get on to the property ladder! The solicitors we used as well, by recommendation, were super efficient and made it a stress-free experience. Will be using them again in the future
