Katie Thomas is the South West Regional Director for the Society of British & International Design (SBID), is a Visiting Lecturer at the Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) and Guest Speaker at property, design and educational shows around the UK. Tyrone Mings is a Premier League Footballer and co-founded KTM Design with Katie in 2015, whilst playing for AFC Bournemouth and expressing an interest in property development.

Process

We work with Architects & Town Planners very closely. Town Planning and exploring exactly what steps may be required for your project can be daunting. From pre-applications and planning applications through to change of usage for commercial and retail units we can assist with making sure you speak to the right people first to avoid wasting time and money.
Design Courses
Report
We work with the Arts University Bournemouth to deliver a variety of Interior Design evening courses for anyone with an interest in pursuing the subject as a hobby or a career. We also run our own KTM Design bootcamps. The course will develop your awareness of colour, shape and form and will give you the necessary skills to choose interior finishes including paint, fabric, wall and flooring materials.
E-Design

You're confident with your project goals but need a little push to kick things off and start pulling all the little details together. With this package, we help you with initial design ideas, inspiration and help you along the design process journey. This helps you gain confidence in your vision of the space building a cohesive design you are proud of.
Commercial
Report
KTM Design recently got queried to design a Farmshop in Cheshire alongside its cafe. The project explores various application of timber and rustic materials to create a welcoming space mixing contemporary and traditional style. River Aesthetics opened a new cosmetic clinic in Bournemouth town centre and KTM Design was asked to convert the beautiful building into a sleek and luxurious clinic.
