Delivery & Return Policy

We will deliver your goods in 3 - 5 Working days within the U.K. If you need delivery by a certain time please state this on your order and we will let you know if we are unable to accept your order on this basis. If we have not delivered your order within one week please contact us: we will then either arrange another time for delivery or, if we have already debited your credit card, we will offer you a refund.

Repairs

We undertake all aspects of brass and woodwind repairs and employ three highly skilled technicians in well equipped workshops. We can offer everything from a basic service to a complete overhaul. We can re-string, set up and repair electric or acoustic guitars plus any stringed instrument from ukulele to double-bass.

Excellent music store, large area occupied various areas for different music genre. Keyboard, guitars brass. Music scores available in store or can print off or order. Small parking area to the rear, street parking otherwise with 30 min limit

Hi, I recently bought a piano book from the shop. My piano teacher recommended a book they didn't have. The person in the shop was happy to exchange the book in store, but as soon as I said I wanted a refund, he checked the book over searching for damage that wasn't there, and he said he eould have to give the book a clean up 1st. There was no damage to the book and it was in brand new condition. BEWARE if you feel you may need to return an item for a refund. Out of principle personally I will not be buying anything from the shop again.

Fantastic service as always. My old guitar (bought elsewhere) had issues we unfortunately couldn't overcome, I now have a beautiful new Sigma from Trevada and I couldn't be happier with it. Highly recommended.
