All bookings include a full English breakfast using local produce. The lodge provides a peaceful countryside setting ideal for both business and leisure stays.
Meeting Rooms
Two versatile function rooms accommodate conferences, meetings, and private events. Spaces can be configured in classroom, theatre, or boardroom layouts with AV equipment, WiFi, and catering packages. Ideal for corporate retreats or celebrations, the venue offers tailored support for up to 50 guests in a tranquil setting.
Outdoor Pool
A heated outdoor pool operates seasonally (May-September) with loungers and seating. Day passes available for non-residents at 16/adult, 12/child. The pool features a constant depth of 1.3m with steps and a seating bench. Children under 16 require adult supervision at all times.
Hot Tub
A secluded hot tub heated to 38C is available year-round. Located near rooms 5-8, it offers a sun-trap garden setting. Non-residents can book day passes alongside pool access. Children under 16 cannot use the hot tub, ensuring a peaceful experience for adults.
Santa's Grotto
Annual Christmas event featuring Santa meet-and-greets, magical experiences, and themed activities. Includes 'Santa-Paws' pet-friendly sessions and letter-writing opportunities. Bookings require advance reservations with special packages available for families and pet owners during December.

What an amazing place to stay ,we stayed for 2 night last week with our dog ,its simply perfect here .
Hospitality is second to none of the other places we have stayed I honestly cannot think of better wording for how brilliant it is .
Peacefully quiet . Excellent staff . Excellent location.
Rooms are absolutely spotless literally spotless ,you would think the room had been decorated just for our arrival type of clean ! . My wife is a CQC cleaner so I know when she says wow this is clean that it indeed is . We will be staying here every time we go away for a short break ,you will not be

Reece, Neil and the wonderful team provided a beautiful set up for our daughters Christening. The food, venue and staff were absolutely amazing. From the initial consultation right through, team Spanhoe delivered a 5 star plus service! Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this venue to anyone wanting a lovely weekend away, a day out or just a lunch! Simply stunning!
