My son-in-law needed a new jacket for a job interview that he was given late notice about; we were on holiday from the North East with our families in Church Stretton and the interview was in Solihull before we returned home. We went clothes shopping in Shrewsbury and were having difficulty finding a jacket that was 'just right'; we were directed… to Halon (by another outfitters who were unable to help) and Gareth and Andrew were tremendously helpful and understanding of exactly what was needed. The team at Halon are fantastic and deliver excellent customer service each and every time I visit. Over the years, I have bought a number of suits, jackets, shirts and ties from the shop. Each time, I have been treated extremely well and given wonderful support and advice with my purchase. The pricing is competitive and fair, and I have received… excellent value for money because of the quality of stock. I bought a Magee jacket a number of years back and wear it about 60% of the time during Autumn, Winter and Spring.

Visited for the fist time last week to purchase a suit for a forthcoming family wedding. It is fair to say that I am not a standard size and the usual national retailers do not stock my size nor do they have knowledgeable staff to assist. Within a few minutes of entering Halon Menswear I was wearing a suit that fitted me perfectly and even had a matching shirt and tie ! The two gentlemen in the shop just seemed to know my size without even having to resort to a tape measure. I had their undivided attention and was instantly put at ease, it was a pleasant experience and I felt valued as a customer

Amazing service, value and experience. Great modern styles available and a good stock with good level of good old fashioned service too that you just won't get in any remaining chain retailers. What a pleasant professional business to walk into.....not one to purchase suits often and after feeling like Julia Roberts (pretty women) in another store, halon was like a breath of fresh air.... So helpful and welcoming.... Huge thumbs up and highly recommend

I have seen this shop many times in passing when visiting family great window display of tweed suits . Today I drove all the way from Stoke on Trent to buy one. I was not disappointed I got served by Paul who was very helpful and provided me with everything I wanted and more. I would highly recommend and will be visiting again well worth the drive how ever far away you live. Thank you all .
