Garden buildings are considered permitted development and do not require planning permission. However, rooms must be less than 2.5m in height and under 30sqm. We are able to give you advice on planning permission but information can also be found on the Government Planning Portal website.
Yes, we use 110mm Structurally Insulated panels with an additional 25mm insulation to the interior, 110mm Structurally Insulated Panels to the floor and 90mm insulation for the roof.This depends upon the size of the room but installation is usually completed within 7-10 working days. Ideally we would need access via the side or rear of the property.
