I would like to say how helpful my pharmacy was when I was experiencing pain from my knee which had become the size of a rugby ball. The pain was excruciating and because of this I lost my appetite. I asked my pharmacy for something to give me energy as I was losing a lot of weight and the doctors were not seeing people as easily due to covid. Bin the pharmacist was great as he gave me Fortisips which at least I could get down, and it gave me some energy. The pain became unbearable and again I asked his help. I was given further pain killers which Bin brought round to the house that evening, for

Phoned for a flu jab, arrived 10 minutes later - was leaving 5 minutes after that - job done. The staff as always were professional, listening, and asking the right questions to give you full confidence in what they do. Top notch!

This is the best pharmacy in Derby, the pharmacist always goes that extra mile to ensure you get the best possible service. I was prescribed medication this week and when I rang the pharmacy the same day to see if it was ready they said the surgery was having trouble with the electronic forms so the pharmacist went across to the surgery himself and within half an hour of calling I had the tablets in my hand.When collecting it I mentioned having a flu jab and here I am a couple of days later having had it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
