Probably the worst experience I have had in a so called professional beauty salon. I spoke at length prior to my appointment to a lady on the phone explaining exactly what I wanted. On entering the building I was greeted by a gaggle of girls around the reception desk sniggering. After being shown to the treatment room my technician proceeded to tell me my nails were very stained when I replied that I was a hairdresser she told me my nails were stained with makeup not tint. She examined them fir a good solid five minutes screwing her face up with distaste then proceeded to tell me she couldnt
