Cancelled booking without letting me know...not even an email and supposed to be staying there tomorrow! No reason or nothing... a simple email would of been nice!

I wish I could give this 0 starts it doesnt even deserve 1 star. I arrived at the hotel 05/09/2021 for a 3 night stay to find the hotel completely empty and sign on a door saying due to lack of staff its closed till further notice! I drove 5 hours to get there, I didnt even get a phone call or a email to inform us, plus we had paid in full!! Absolutely disgusting, Iv found even more people online complaining of the exact same situation! I cant believe the owner of this hotel can do that to people. Avoid booking this hotel!!!

From start to finish the service we received was brilliant. The room was amazing and the bathroom was just wow. The pub food was tasty and so quiet at night. Would recommend to everyone

Basic. We booked a family room, which consisted of, 3 beds, one double and 2 singles. Not much space for manoeuvre, we found it a little claustrophobic. Didn't enjoy the food here either, really poor. Thankfully we found a lovely place to eat *The Devonshire* in Grassington, food was superb our only regret was, we didn't book The Devonshire for our little break, but at least we know now.

We just ate at the Tennants Arms and the meal was excellent - I had the sea bass on mint and pea risotto and my partner ate the vegetarian dish, which was more interesting than vegetarian options usually are in many other places the Malbec was also of a high quality, and the staff were lovely and welcoming thank you ..
