I purchased a self propelled wheel chair from this firm last week, it arrived within a few days of ordering which was great. I live miles away from the company but this didn't make any difference as I got 110% customer service and didn't need to go looking around - if you are like me the thought of having to go out when you are in pain is daunting. The chap (Nick) was amazing and asked many questions to make sure I had the best one for my requirements and what my budget was, he didn't try to up sale either. He phone me several times and rang to tell me when it should arrive. I would recommend this
