The Leys Hotel has been a watering hole for villagers and a resting post for travellers since 1805. Owned and managed by three generations of the same family since 1933, this friendly hotel is located in the village of Blackburn, on the outskirts of Aberdeen City and ideally located on the A96, in close proximity to Aberdeen International Airport.

At The Leys Hotel, we have 32 bedrooms and with a choice of single, double and family rooms, we can suit most requirements. Our rooms are all situated on the first floor and, although there is a lift, help is always at hand if you need assistance. All our bedrooms are ensuite and furnished comfortably with power shower and/or bath, hospitality trays with fresh tea and coffee and biscuits, free Wi-Fi and Freeview Television.

At Betty's, we welcome you to meet friends, family or colleagues and enjoy our tasty, home-made food prepared by our chefs and all the team. We are the 'diner with a difference' as we personally select the best local produce and offer authentic locally reared beef.

With its own entrance and bar, The Adam Suite can cater for up to 250 people, with plenty of room for meeting and greeting friends, family or colleagues and a great space for dancing if required. At the Adam Suite we can tailor your event to your individual requirements. Only 20 minutes from Aberdeen City Centre on the A96, we provide the perfect location for your event.
