We have been using Firefly for 5 years now and have been extremely happy with the service. Any concerns are dealt with promptly by Noreen. Our auto enrolment process was made easier using Firefly too. They have the "can do" attitude which makes our payroll run smoothly so any changes we want to make to our processes are accommodated. We are a brand new free school and have never set up a payroll before. They made the whole process incredibly easy, handling all the admin and talking us through each step of the way. The monthly reports and payslips are produced on time each month without fail, and give us all the information we need. When we've had to ask a question they have always responded promptly. I would have no hesitation to recommend Firefly, especially to organisations setting up a payroll for the first time.
