At the Wellness Hut we are all about helping people be well. We recognise the need for a place to rest and recuperate in this fast paced world that we live in. We offer a wonderful range of treatments for the mind and body with a bit of pampering thrown in for good measure. Whether you have a bad back, a busy mind or just need a bit of time out there is something for everyone at The Wellness Hut.

We are always looking for more lovely people to come and join our team and are open to ideas for future therapies. We'd love to hear from you. I highly recommend The Wellness Hut, it's a little haven of calm which is impeccably presented with really interesting treatments and therapies on offer - just booked my second session.

Reiki addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level of being, and may promote the body's natural healing process by increasing its supply of life-force and helping clear the energy fields of any blockage, bringing the body back into balance and harmony.

With years of experience as a professional Rugby Player and working in the Fitness Industry Jon has a vast amount of knowledge when it comes to keeping fit and well. Jon offers Personal Training Sessions on a 1-1 basis or with small groups. He can help you achieve goals such as losing weight, feeling fitter, gaining confidence as well as injury rehabilitation.
