The above delivery times relate to daily online orders placed by 10.30am (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after this time, will be treated as having been received the following working day. If we cannot fulfill your order within 30 days we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of an expected delivery date.

We offer a full 'no quibble' replacement guarantee. If for any reason you want to return an item purchased from our website, you can do so within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Place the item(s) in a suitable envelope or packaging and send back to our address (see left). Remember to include your receipt/proof of purchase and a copy of your original Google Order, with a short note indicating which items are to be exchanged or returned.

We often provide school uniform and PE kit for use in television, films, plays and adverts. For example, we have supplied garments used at Twickenham Studios, in the Frank Skinner show and, most recently, for the Comic Relief Walkers Crisps advert featuring Stephen Fry and Girls Aloud. We have regularly assisted the Police in producing a picture database of school uniforms in the Borough.
