Hadnt been to the dentist for ages - needed both emergency treatment and regular treatment and was fortunate enough to be treated by Abs. Very friendly, reassuring and professional throughout treatment- so much so that I dont mind going to the dentist anymore. Would strongly recommend if youre looking for a good clean professional dental practice.

Rude reception desk and overpriced . I was treated like i was less of a human by the lady at the reception. I was refused to postpone my appointment and overcharged 30 after i have already spend over 600. I would never expect to come across uneducated and rude people on dental practice, i am sorry for the doctors working there and being represented by uneducated , rude and discriminatory reception.

I have been at this practice since it opened in 1989, I think it was. I have always been a patient of Micheal's and it has been the best dentistry choice I have ever made. My wife and now grown up children have always gone to this practice as well. We have never had anything but the best service from Micheal and the team. My latest visit was on the 16th November 2021 to have a wisdom tooth out. It was done expertly and came out without a problem. I was able to function the same day as normal because of the great work he had done. Over the years I really only have had check ups, xrays, descale or

Discrimination against people with disabilities/additional needs. No willingness to accept diversities - unless you agree to humiliation. They also do not respect your privacy (expected me to explain my disability, and allergies in an open public area!) Treated myself and 5 year old child like common criminals because we had our own PPE, and would not allow our skins to be burnt with their hand sanitizer- which they automatically ASSUME you are able to use. I will of course be reporting this practice for their DISCRIMINATION, as they felt it was okay to bully myself and disabled child.
