If you are suffering a fridge breakdown, the first thing to do in order to minimise your losses is to keep the doors shut to maintain the temperature inside the unit. The doors are well insulated and the unit will hold temperature for a reasonable time. Secondly turn off the lights too if possible - it's surprising how much heat they give out.

Easy to use, they only require a standard 240V electrical supply or generator and can be delivered (by us) to pretty much anywhere a 44 vehicle can go - including service areas, loading bays, restaurants, events and summer festivals.

A hired refrigeration container offers extra, cost-effective capacity for on-site cold storage, without the need for major development and usually no complicated planning permission restrictions, although we always advise our customers to check. Available in three sizes - 10ft, 20ft and 40ft - each chiller container features lighting as standard, and a range of shelving options.
Fridge, Chiller & Freezer Trailer Specifications

Our chiller / freezer trailers require a 240V 13A power supply on a ring main circuit or at least a 4kVA generator. They are supplied with 12m of cable although it is possible to position a refrigerated trailer up to 20m from the power source if extra cable is requested. Shelving can be provided and a security wheel clamp and hitch lock are supplied with all fridge trailers.
