My experience at Brigstock was extremely positive. I moved house a few years ago but hadnt yet registered to a new dentist, and the lockdown caused some procrastination on my part. However, both the hygiene appointment and the dental work were fantastic. They were very patient and meticulous, Im extremely happy with the outcome.

I normally hate Dentists but I can highly recommend this Practice the service here is excellent from the reception staff especially Tracy who is always welcoming with a friendly smile and the Hygienist Karin who is so informative and the best Hygienist I have experienced so far!

Very kind recepcionist and staff. Dr Nisma Patel was gentle and great. I had a dental extraction but it was quick and without pain. Highly recommended in this area. If you pay for something that has to be good and this Dental Practice is one of the best where I ever been. Great service!

A exceptionally good Dental practice with extremely professional Dentists in all fields of dental works. I received so much care and attention. The best experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Brigstock is the best, cannot be bettered. I was confident that I would be getting a high quality of service and they did not disappoint. What a wonderful place, loving caring staff that makes you feel that you are a friend not a patient. Most importantly, it not all about money, its about doing the best for you no matter how much time it takes.

My husband and I have been using this practice for 15 years. We were very happy with Dr Patel the senior and Dr Davish Patel -- they are very professional, friendly and thorough. The practice, however, doesn't seem to pay attention to who they employ at the front staff. A few days ago, I was told by the receptionist (a new employee, I guess, as I have never seen her before) that I must pay for my treatment on the day I make the appointment, not after the appointment as usual.
