Mains gas/electricity, Butlins passes (4-8 depending on caravan size), WiFi, and basic amenities like highchairs and travel cots are included with no hidden fees.
Can I bring pets to the lodges?
Pet-friendly options are available at Tattershall Lakes lodges. Please specify pet requirements during booking to ensure appropriate accommodation.
How far are the caravans from Butlins attractions?
Most Skegness caravans are 2-5 minutes' walk from the Skyline Pavilion and main entertainment areas, with some locations offering direct tunnel access.
What payment options exist for bookings?
We accept deposits from £100/£125 with full payment via debit/credit card or bank transfer. Installment plans are available for bookings made in advance.

A lovely stay in literally the most spotless place I have stayed in privately. Loved the Xmas tree and bow on the door as extra touches for a festive break! Refunded deposit quickly. Excellent communication.… Only feedback would be to have 2 door mats as we had to keep moving the one to prevent the carpets as was a wet/muddy weekend.

We stayed at the beautiful 14 Osprey Rise last week. Beautiful lodge. So well looked after. We really felt at home. Fishing lake was amazing! Loved waking up to that view every morning! We did NOT want to come home. Thankyou to Joanne and Rob for such a stress free booking system. Can’t wait to return next year 🥰 Xx

Lovely lodge in a great location but make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING!! After still not receiving our deposit back after a month and emailing to ask what was happening I decided to contact the host via WhatsApp who informed me that our deposit had been withheld due to ‘damages’. He then proceeded to send 2 photos - one was a piece of plastic… that had chipped off the bottom of the patio door then levitated across the room defying the laws of physics and a cracked fridge drawer which we had taken a photo off when we arrived (been stung before).. even still.. must be make
