Caroline is an Oxfordshire based interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful country homes. She loves mixing colour, pattern and texture with old and new styles to create unique and practical living spaces. Having gained a BSc (Hons) in Fashion and persuing a successful 12 year career as a Fashion Buyer, she turned her hand to Interior Design after studying a diploma at KLC School of Design.
In 2010, after renovating their Oxfordshire cottage, she won the Best Cottage Renovation in Period Living awards and then went onto launch her own Interior Design business based from a studio at home. Caroline works closely with her clients to understand their requirements, tastes, aspirations and budgets and emphasis is placed on creating relaxed country interiors with a meticulous attention to detail.

My aim is to make the experience of designing your home as effortless and enjoyable as possible. Each project that I work on is bespoke to the client and it is my mission to create elegant, practical designs for everyday living. CREATIVE DIRECTON - clients may just require advice on certain areas such as storage solutions, colour or window treatments.
The Design Process

The first stage of the process is a no obligation meeting in the comfort of your home where I take a detailed brief of your requirements. At this stage all aspects such as current room dimensions, function, furniture, colour, lighting and surrounding aesthetics are observed and recorded.
I will also discuss your design goals and functional requirements and gain an indicative implementation budget in order to ensure all design ideas generated are aligned.Alternatively, I can work from photos and information supplied via email. Once fees are agreed, I then create concept boards in the form of Ideas and Inspiration schemes for the property or room in question.

Sourcing and Supplying
Report
All client sourcing requirements are different. Some rely on me to source individual unique items and others require me to source the furnishing for whole properties including flooring and lighting. I am constantly sourcing antique, contemporary and modern furniture and accompanying accessories for my clients.
